Roman Alejandro Marquez is a painter born in Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz) in 1981. Art form in the Puerto de Santa Maria (Cadiz) and Ph.D. in administrative law at the University of Granada, now combines his teaching and research at the Faculty of Law at that institution for artistic creation.
